Primary School Hall Refurbishment
Maple sports flooring restored with new court markings and a slip-resistant sports lacquer.
About this project
The school's maple sports hall floor had become slippery and the court markings had worn away. The work had to be completed during the school holidays.
The floor was sanded to bare maple, with a few damaged boards by the stage replaced. New court markings were applied before the floor was sealed.
Coats of slip-resistant sports lacquer were built up to give the grip and durability a school hall needs. The hall was handed back on schedule, with a maintenance plan to keep it in good condition.
