Garden Decking Restoration
Decking that looked ready for replacement, restored and protected instead.
About this project
Winter weather had left this garden deck grey, rough and slippery underfoot. Replacing it was the next option the owners were considering.
We deep cleaned the boards, replaced a couple of split boards and secured loose screws. The deck was then sanded to remove the weathered surface and raised grain.
We finished with UV-resistant decking oil to protect the timber through the seasons. The result looks close to new — for a fraction of replacement cost.
